Crafting Learning Experiences with Design Thinking Techniques
People today have endless options for learning in the ways that best meet their needs, yet learning experience design often relies on decades-old methods. In this session, we’ll explore a unique blend of design thinking and up-to-date instructional design to learn about creative approaches to problem-solving. We’ll work with techniques that will help you and your organization arrive at effective solutions to learning experience design challenges.
You’ll explore user interviews, personas, problem definitions, ideation techniques, and iterative design. You will see how this collaborative, experimental—and fun—approach can stimulate ideas for creative, human-centered solutions that fit the modern learning landscape.
